Terms of Use
Your rights remain protected. These Terms apply to features actually offered by the Service you use. They do not replace mandatory consumer rights, the applicable store license, or separate privacy and consent disclosures.
01Scope and agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the mobile apps, games, companion apps, widgets and related digital features provided by Arttica INC (“Arttica,” “we,” “us” or “our”) that link to or incorporate these Terms (together, the “Services”). They cover current and future Services when these Terms are made applicable to them. They do not replace a separately signed agreement for custom development or other professional services.
Please read these Terms before using a Service or purchasing anything. By using a Service after having an opportunity to review these Terms, you agree to them to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Any consent or acceptance that the law requires separately must still be obtained separately.
Not every Service includes every feature described here. Sections about subscriptions, advertising, rewards, location, health information, cloud storage or other optional features apply only when the Service actually provides them. The applicable store listing, purchase screen and in-app disclosures describe the particular offering; these Terms do not promise that a feature exists.
Mandatory law and your statutory consumer rights take priority. Applicable app-store terms and licensing rules also continue to apply. An expressly agreed, specific offer governs its promised features, duration and price; these general Terms do not reduce those promises.
02Eligibility, minors and responsible use
You must meet the age and eligibility requirements of the Service, your app-store account and applicable law. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who can agree to these Terms. That permission does not override a Service’s age restriction or a legal restriction.
Parents and guardians should review age ratings, purchases, advertising and device restrictions before allowing a child to use a Service. Purchases require authorization from the person responsible for payment. These Terms are not parental consent to collect children’s personal information; any legally required parental consent must be obtained through an appropriate separate process.
Use the Services safely. Do not interact with an app while driving, operating equipment or performing a task that requires your full attention. Follow workplace rules, professional duties and applicable law.
03License and intellectual property
Subject to these Terms and the applicable store license, you may use the Services on devices you own or control for lawful personal use or, where the Service is intended for work, your own authorized internal professional use. You receive a limited license to use the software, not ownership of it or its underlying intellectual property.
Arttica and its licensors retain rights in the software, original artwork, design, sound, text, branding and other protected materials. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their respective licenses. Nothing here claims ownership of public-domain material, your own content or third-party rights.
Do not redistribute or sell the Services, copy protected content beyond permitted use, remove legal notices, bypass payment or security controls, manipulate purchases or rewards, interfere with other users, or use the Services unlawfully. Restrictions on reverse engineering, accessibility, interoperability, research or repair apply only to the extent legally enforceable and do not override permissions granted by an applicable open-source license.
04Apple, Google and other platforms
For an app downloaded from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless that app supplies a separate custom EULA accepted through the applicable store process. These Terms supplement the applicable license; this webpage is not a replacement custom Apple EULA. Apple’s Usage Rules, including applicable Family Sharing and volume-purchasing rules, remain effective.
For Google Play and other authorized platforms, their applicable store, account, payment and licensing terms also apply. Unless a platform expressly undertakes an obligation, Arttica is responsible for its Services and app support. A platform’s distribution of an app does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Your operating system, device, internet connection, platform account and supported software versions may affect availability. You are responsible for your connectivity and carrier charges. Access on another device, operating system or store, or through Family Sharing, is included only where the particular offer and platform support it.
05Prices and in-app purchases
A Service may be free, paid, supported by advertising, or offer in-app purchases. Available purchases may include feature unlocks, removal of certain advertisements, subscriptions, cosmetic items, hints, lives or other digital items. Only the features and benefits shown for the particular offer are included.
Review the purchase screen for the price, currency, applicable taxes, billing period, renewal terms and included benefits before confirming. Payments are processed by the store or payment provider identified at checkout. Keep your receipt and use the same platform account when accessing an eligible purchase.
Future prices or offerings may change, subject to required notice, consent and applicable platform rules. A change does not retroactively alter a completed purchase or remove statutory rights. We will address pricing errors in accordance with applicable law and the platform’s procedures.
06Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Where offered, an auto-renewing subscription continues for successive billing periods at the price disclosed for the renewal unless you cancel through the applicable store or payment provider. Payment authorization, charging times, grace periods, billing retries and renewal notices are governed by the offer and that provider’s rules.
Follow the cancellation deadline and instructions displayed by your billing provider to avoid the next renewal charge. For Apple free or discounted trial subscriptions, Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before the trial ends. For other Apple subscriptions, Google Play and other providers, follow the applicable subscription terms and renewal information. Price changes follow the platform’s notice and consent requirements and applicable law.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings, Google Play subscriptions, or the billing provider identified in your receipt. Deleting an app, ceasing to use it or contacting Arttica alone does not cancel a store-managed subscription. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while access continues through the paid period, subject to the provider’s rules, any refund and applicable law.
Useful instructions: Apple subscription cancellation · Google Play subscription management.
07Free trials and introductory offers
Trials and introductory offers are available only when expressly offered and may depend on eligibility, account history, region or platform. The offer must identify its duration, included access, any price afterward and whether it converts to a paid subscription.
A store-managed trial attached to an auto-renewing subscription may become paid unless canceled before the disclosed deadline. Canceling a trial can end access immediately under the platform’s rules. A free in-app access period that does not enroll you in a subscription does not itself authorize a charge. Do not assume all trial types work the same way.
08One-time and lifetime purchases
A non-consumable, one-time purchase unlocks the specific entitlement described when sold. It does not create a recurring subscription. Labels such as “lifetime,” “forever” or “unlimited” must be understood with the clear terms of that particular offer, not as a promise of every future product, device, expansion or service.
We will honor the scope and duration represented at purchase, subject to applicable law. These Terms do not retroactively shorten a purchased entitlement. A purchase does not guarantee that a device, operating system or third-party service will remain technically supported forever. If a Service changes or ends, the change and discontinuation provisions below apply, including any required remedies.
09Digital items, rewards and game progress
Where offered, virtual currency, hints, lives, skins, power-ups and similar items provide a limited right to use the specified digital benefit within the applicable Service. They are not deposits, legal tender, investments or a promise of earnings. They have no cash-out or real-world transfer right. Google Play-purchased virtual currency is usable only within the app or game title for which it was purchased. AdMob rewarded-ad benefits are nontransferable in-app benefits, not cash, cryptocurrency or gift cards.
Consumable items are used as described and are not generally restored through a store’s non-consumable purchase-restoration feature. Eligibility, quantities, cooldowns, reset times and limits must be described in the applicable offer or game rules. Credits and in-game currency purchased through Apple in-app purchase do not expire. Any other expiration condition must be lawful, allowed by the platform and clearly disclosed; no general expiration right is created here. Do not exploit bugs, automate rewards, falsify scores or manipulate advertisements or purchases.
Game records, achievements and progression may be stored locally or through a supported sync service. If a purchase offers randomized virtual items, the applicable odds must be disclosed before purchase as required by the platform. A high score or virtual item is not a guarantee of permanent access to a discontinued online feature. Any treatment of paid items remains subject to the purchase promises and applicable consumer rights.
10Restoring purchases and refunds
Use “Restore Purchases” where provided, or the platform’s supported restoration process, to recover eligible non-consumable purchases and active subscriptions on a compatible device using the purchasing account. Cross-platform access and Family Sharing are available only where supported by the particular purchase. Purchase restoration does not necessarily restore local saves, consumable balances or content that was never backed up.
If a purchase fails to appear, contact us with the app name, device details and relevant receipt or order reference. Do not send passwords or full payment-card information.
Refunds, withdrawal rights and billing disputes are handled according to applicable law and the purchasing platform’s policies. For Apple purchases, use Apple’s refund request service. For Google Play purchases, consult Google Play’s refund policy; available routes can depend on the purchase and timing. Contact us if you need assistance or the applicable process directs you to the developer.
There is no blanket waiver of refund or statutory withdrawal rights in these Terms. Where immediate digital delivery requires a separate express request and acknowledgment concerning withdrawal rights, those must be collected in the appropriate purchase flow. Refunded, reversed or revoked purchases may lose the corresponding entitlement, as permitted by law and platform rules.
11Advertising and AdMob
Some Services may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob or other disclosed advertising partners, including banners, interstitials or rewarded advertisements. Availability, format and personalization depend on the Service, region, age-related settings, consent choices, device settings and the advertising provider.
Advertisements and advertiser destinations are supplied by third parties. Their appearance does not mean Arttica endorses the advertiser, its claims or its products. Advertisers’ transactions and websites have their own terms. Report misleading or inappropriate ads to us with the app name and, where possible, a screenshot that does not expose private information.
Using a Service or accepting these Terms is not consent to tracking or personalized advertising. Any legally required advertising consent, device tracking permission and privacy choices must be handled separately. Declining personalization does not necessarily remove all advertising; non-personalized or limited ads may still involve data processing as described in the applicable privacy disclosures.
Google explains its use of information at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in its Privacy Policy. Those notices do not replace Arttica’s own disclosures for a particular Service.
12Optional rewarded ads and ad removal
When rewarded ads are offered, the app must identify the action and reward before you choose to participate. If an optional rewarded-ad offer has randomized outcomes, its possible rewards and any chance of no reward must be disclosed before participation. Participation is optional. Declining or skipping does not prevent normal use of the app, although the optional reward is not earned. You are not required to click an advertisement, buy from an advertiser or install another app to obtain a reward for watching an ad.
Ad inventory is not guaranteed. If an ad cannot load or its qualifying completion cannot be confirmed, the app may be unable to grant the reward immediately. A successfully completed qualifying action must receive the reward described. If a technical problem prevents delivery, contact us so we can investigate. No particular volume of ad-supported rewards is promised.
A “Remove Ads” or similarly named purchase removes only the advertising described in that offer. The purchase screen must explain any exceptions, such as optional rewarded ads that remain available. Do not assume that ad removal also includes unlimited hints, lives, content or subscriptions unless the offer expressly says so. If an offer promises no ads, these Terms do not create an undisclosed exception to that promise.
13Privacy, permissions and third-party services
Personal-information practices are described in the Privacy Policy below and any more specific privacy notice linked in the applicable app and its store listing, together with relevant permission prompts and privacy notices. That policy should identify the data and SDKs actually used by that Service. This section is an overview, not a substitute for a complete privacy notice.
Depending on the Service and your choices, features may use location, motion or health data, notifications, calendar access, cloud storage, game services, purchase verification, advertising or diagnostics. Requesting a device permission does not mean every Service uses that permission. You may manage permissions through the app or device settings; disabling a necessary permission can limit the related feature.
A Service that stores its app data on your device does not give Arttica access to those local records merely by being installed. It may still communicate with Apple, Google or other providers for purchases, cloud sync, ads or other enabled features. The processing described in the Privacy Policy depends on which features and providers the particular Service uses.
Applicable privacy rights, consent withdrawals and deletion requests may be exercised through the mechanisms described in the relevant privacy notice or by contacting arttica.is@gmail.com. Store transactions and third-party account data may require a separate request to the responsible provider. Deleting app data does not cancel a subscription.
14Your content, backups and confidentiality
Responsibility for your submissions. You are responsible for deciding what to enter, upload, export or send, for checking its accuracy and recipient, and for having the authority to disclose it. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, government identification numbers, confidential operational records or another person’s restricted information unless a specifically approved feature and lawful basis permit it. Sending information voluntarily does not authorize us to use it for unrelated purposes.
No unsolicited monitoring or custody service. An email or support request does not create an emergency response, professional advisory, monitoring, archival, backup or confidential-custody engagement. We do not undertake to monitor unsolicited messages continuously, act on their contents or retain unnecessary attachments, except where an express agreement or applicable law requires otherwise. Support is not an emergency reporting channel. We may decline, redact or delete unnecessary submissions, subject to applicable retention duties and privacy rights.
You retain rights in information you enter or create. You permit only the processing and use needed to provide the features you request, as described in the applicable privacy disclosures. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your personal records to Arttica.
Maintain appropriate backups where supported. Uninstalling an app, clearing browser storage, changing devices, disabling sync, losing an account or a software failure may affect locally stored records or progress. Sync, export and recovery exist only where expressly provided; the Services are not a substitute for an official recordkeeping or backup system.
Do not enter confidential law-enforcement records, protected health information, another person’s personal information or other restricted material unless you have lawful authority and the particular Service is approved for that use. The availability of a text field or note feature does not establish regulatory compliance or your employer’s approval. Do not send sensitive case material to support unless an appropriate secure process has first been agreed.
15Legal, professional and government information
Reference materials, statutory summaries, forms, examples, sample narratives, procedures and similar content are informational tools. They are not legal advice, official agency directives, a determination of probable cause, or a guarantee that a document, charge, calculation or action is legally sufficient. Using a Service does not create an attorney–client or other professional advisory relationship.
Laws, rules, agency policies and official forms can change. Verify the current authoritative source, jurisdiction, effective date and facts before relying on any reference or submitting a document. Adapt examples to the actual facts; never submit inaccurate or unsupported statements. Obtain qualified advice and supervisory or agency review when appropriate.
Arttica is not a government agency and is not affiliated with or endorsed by a government, law-enforcement agency or public official unless a specific authorized relationship is expressly stated. References to agencies, public materials or trademarks are for identification or informational purposes.
16Location, maps and emergency use
Location, address, intersection, coordinate, heading, altitude, accuracy and time-since-update displays can be approximate, delayed, stale or unavailable. GPS reception, permissions, buildings, weather, connectivity, map data, device sensors and background restrictions can affect results. A displayed address or intersection may not be the location you are physically occupying.
Verify critical information through independent means. These features are supplemental aids, not guaranteed navigation, dispatch, emergency communications, rescue or life-safety systems. They do not replace emergency services, radio procedures, situational awareness or professional judgment. A location display does not mean your location has been transmitted to a dispatcher or anyone else. Copying, sharing or sending location information does not guarantee receipt, comprehension or an emergency response. Watch displays, widgets, Live Activities and other background surfaces may update less often than the open app.
If you need emergency assistance, use your local emergency number or established emergency communications procedures. Do not rely solely on an app, widget or watch complication during an emergency.
17Fitness, health and activity information
Steps, distance, calories, activity goals, streaks and related estimates depend on device sensors, permissions and available data and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Fitness and motivational features are for general wellness, not medical diagnosis, treatment, prevention or monitoring of a medical condition.
Choose activity appropriate to your abilities and circumstances. Seek qualified medical advice before making health-related decisions or if you have concerns about exercise. Stop activity and seek appropriate help if you experience concerning symptoms. A game target, streak or reminder is not a reason to ignore pain, fatigue, medical advice or safety.
18Calculators, schedules and reminders
Pay, overtime, tax, retirement, time, date and similar calculations are estimates based on the inputs, formulas and assumptions used. They are not payroll records, financial or tax advice, or a guarantee of payment, eligibility or benefits. Verify results against current contracts, employer records and applicable rules.
Calendars, shift patterns, reminders, notifications and countdowns can be affected by settings, time zones, daylight-saving changes, connectivity and operating-system restrictions. Confirm important assignments and deadlines independently. A reminder is not a guarantee that you will receive an alert at a particular time.
19Updates, availability and discontinued features
We may maintain, update or change the Services to improve them, address security or legal requirements, or respond to platform and technical changes. Some features require current software or third-party services. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or delivery of unannounced future features.
We will provide notice of material changes or discontinuation when required by law and honor applicable purchase commitments and statutory remedies. We will not use a general change provision to retroactively remove rights required by law. Where discontinuation affects prepaid access or purchased benefits, any required refund or other remedy remains available.
Beta, preview and test versions may contain defects, change substantially or be withdrawn. Keep separate backups and do not rely on them for critical work. Test access does not promise a future release or continued access to a particular build.
20Suspension and termination
You may stop using a Service at any time, subject to separately canceling any subscription. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address material violations of these Terms, fraud, security threats, unlawful use or a legal obligation. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Any restriction or termination remains subject to applicable consumer rights and purchase obligations. It does not automatically forfeit lawful refunds or justify confiscating an unrelated entitlement. Provisions that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, accrued payment obligations and lawful liability limitations, survive termination.
21Disclaimers and liability
Your decisions and verification. You are responsible for deciding whether a Service is suitable for your intended use, independently checking consequential information and calculations, maintaining appropriate backups, and following professional, employer and safety requirements. You assume the ordinary risks of using software for those purposes to the extent the law permits. We do not undertake responsibility for your independent professional decisions, unauthorized disclosures, inaccurate inputs or misuse of the Services. This allocation does not excuse our own legally non-excludable duties or conduct.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that all content will be current, that every result will be accurate, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or free of defects. To that extent, implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, are disclaimed except where they cannot lawfully be excluded. No general support response, promotional statement or other communication creates an additional warranty unless it is an express binding promise or applicable law requires that result.
Excluded losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arttica INC and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, agents and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, business interruption, or loss or corruption of data arising out of the Services, inability to use them, or reliance on their outputs. This exclusion applies, where enforceable, whether a claim is based on contract, warranty, tort (including ordinary negligence) or another legal theory, even if the possibility of that loss was disclosed.
Matters outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss to the extent caused by your unauthorized use or disclosure, incorrect inputs, failure to maintain a backup, or an independent device, network, platform or recipient failure outside our reasonable control. This provision does not excuse a failure to exercise any care required of us, responsibility imposed by law for providers we engage, or an obligation expressly undertaken by us. The exclusions are subject to all exceptions below and do not create blanket immunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where non-excludable, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or breach of mandatory consumer guarantees. Nothing removes a right to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or other remedy provided by law. If you are a consumer, local mandatory protections continue to apply.
22Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without applying its conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory law of your place of residence provides otherwise. Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules, disputes may be brought in the state courts in Richmond County, New York, or the federal courts with jurisdiction over that county.
If you are entitled by law to bring a claim in your local courts or rely on mandatory protections of your country of residence, these Terms do not take away that entitlement. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
If a problem arises, you may contact us at arttica.is@gmail.com to try to resolve it. Contacting us is not a prerequisite that prevents you from exercising a legal right or meeting a filing deadline.
23Changes to these Terms and general provisions
We may update these Terms. The revision date appears at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice and obtain renewed agreement where required by law. Changes will not retroactively alter an accrued claim or a completed purchase’s promised benefits without a lawful basis. Continued use constitutes acceptance only where legally valid; merely posting a change does not replace required notice or consent.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will apply only to the extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue where legally possible. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, applicable offer terms and the governing software license address your use of the Services without excluding binding representations or rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
Voluntary suggestions may be used to improve the Services without an obligation to compensate you, but this does not transfer ownership of your personal data or unrelated work. Do not submit confidential ideas unless a separate confidentiality agreement applies.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
P01Who we are and when this policy applies
Arttica INC is responsible for personal information it processes in connection with the Services described in these Terms. You can contact us at arttica.is@gmail.com. This Privacy Policy applies to Arttica apps, games, companion features and related websites that link to it.
Our Services differ. Some primarily process information on your device; others connect to platform services or advertising providers. A category described below applies only where the feature or processing is actually present. A more specific in-app privacy notice may explain the particular data, providers or settings used by a Service. Neither a privacy-policy link nor an app-store permission authorizes undisclosed processing.
This policy is separate from the Terms of Use. Accepting the Terms is not consent to processing that legally requires a separate choice. We will give additional notice and obtain consent when required before introducing materially different processing.
P02Information and its sources
Information sent directly to Arttica. You choose whether to contact us and what to include. When you email us or otherwise deliberately send information to support, we receive and process that message and its included information to handle the communication. This is different from local processing inside an app and from automatic processing by an enabled store, advertising, cloud or other provider described below. We do not treat voluntary submission as permission for unrelated use or as a waiver of your privacy rights.
Information you provide. Depending on the feature, you may enter settings, notes, schedules, work or pay inputs, game choices and other records. When you contact support, we receive your email address, message, attachments and any device, receipt or troubleshooting information you choose to send. We do not need your account password or full payment-card details. Limit your message to what is necessary and remove private information from screenshots. Unsolicited sensitive attachments may be deleted or redacted rather than retained, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Local activity and progress. Apps may store preferences, game saves, scores, achievements, trial status, entitlements and activity progress on the device. Local processing does not necessarily transmit those records to Arttica. Device backups or an enabled cloud feature can create copies with the platform provider.
Location and device sensors. With the permissions required for the feature, a Service may access device location, coordinates, heading, motion or related sensor information. Map, geocoding, address or intersection features may send coordinates or a query to the provider needed to return a result. The more specific privacy notice for a Service explains any such provider and whether its location processing is local or remote. Background access is used only where the feature and your permissions allow it.
Health and fitness. A supported fitness feature may read the health or activity categories you authorize, such as steps, from Apple Health/HealthKit or device motion sources. The permission screen identifies the requested access. App-specific access may be read-only; writing health data requires the relevant permission and feature. We do not use health data or HealthKit-derived information for advertising, marketing or data-broker purposes.
Calendars and reminders. Where calendar integration is enabled, a Service may read or create the event fields needed for your requested schedule or export, such as titles, dates, times and notes, within the access you authorize. Calendar entries can synchronize through the calendar account you select, such as iCloud, under that provider’s settings. A local schedule stored in an app is distinct from an event exported to a calendar account. Notification content may appear on your lock screen or paired devices according to your settings.
Purchases. A store may provide product identifiers, purchase status, transaction references, subscription expiration or verification information needed to recognize an entitlement, restore a purchase or resolve a billing issue. Apple, Google or the identified payment provider handles payment credentials under its own privacy notice. Arttica does not receive full payment-card details from standard Apple or Google in-app billing.
Advertising and technical information. Where an advertising SDK such as Google AdMob is active, it and its partners may process IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP, device or app identifiers, operating-system and app details, consent choices, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. The categories vary by SDK version, configuration, region and permissions. An identifier or IP address can be personal information even when a name is not collected.
Websites and diagnostics. Accessing a website or remote resource can expose an IP address, browser or device information, requested page and connection logs to its host. Optional crash or analytics services, if included in a particular Service, require the corresponding disclosures and any necessary consent. A local app without an analytics SDK should not be assumed to use one merely because this policy discusses the category.
P03Why information is used
Depending on the feature, information is used to operate the app; retain settings and progress; display requested location or activity information; carry out calculations; deliver notifications; synchronize or export records; verify purchases; provide and measure advertising; maintain consent choices; diagnose faults; protect against fraud and abuse; answer support requests; and satisfy legal obligations.
We use information only for the disclosed purposes or another purpose permitted by applicable law. Optional permissions and consent requests explain choices where required. Professional, health and precise-location data are not made available for advertising merely because an app also displays ads.
P04AdMob, consent and advertising choices
Some Services use Google AdMob. Google and participating advertising providers may act as independent controllers for some processing and as service providers for other processing, depending on their role and applicable terms. See Google’s Privacy Policy, Google’s partner-site and app data explanation, and the vendor information in the Service’s consent interface where provided.
Non-personalized does not mean no data. Non-personalized or limited advertisements can still involve identifiers, IP-based location, frequency controls, fraud prevention, reporting and diagnostics. Selecting a non-personalized option does not itself eliminate every legal consent requirement.
Timing varies by app. A consent service may check or refresh privacy choices on launch. In some apps, an advertising SDK can initialize or prepare an ad before you select a rewarded video; in others, ad requests begin only when you choose the reward option. Any initialization, storage or requests must respect applicable consent and device-permission requirements. Do not assume that declining to watch a video means no advertising-related network request has occurred.
Where required, the Service presents a consent-management interface and a way to review or withdraw choices, such as “Privacy Choices” in settings. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, personalized Google ads require the applicable consent and a Google-certified consent-management platform integrated with the required framework. On Apple devices, cross-app or cross-site tracking also requires App Tracking Transparency permission where applicable; an advertising-consent choice does not replace that permission.
You may change available advertising choices through the Service and relevant device settings. Withdrawing consent applies prospectively and does not make prior lawful processing unlawful. A purchased ad-removal entitlement affects future ad activity to the extent promised in the offer; it does not erase records already held by advertising providers. Contact us if a promised privacy control is missing or does not work.
Where applicable U.S. law treats a disclosure as a “sale,” “sharing” or processing for targeted advertising, the corresponding opt-out rights apply even if no money is exchanged. Use the available privacy controls or contact us to exercise applicable rights. We will honor legally required recognized opt-out preference signals where they apply. The app’s actual advertising configuration, rather than the label “non-personalized,” determines which obligations apply.
P05Recipients and disclosures
Information may be processed by the providers needed for features you use: Apple or Google for platform accounts, purchases and app services; cloud or backup providers when enabled; mapping or location providers for requested lookups; disclosed advertising and consent partners; hosting and security providers; and email providers when you contact support. Email sent to our Gmail contact is processed through Google’s email services.
If you choose to share, export, print or email information, it is sent to the destination you select and may then be governed by that recipient’s practices. Review the content and recipient before sharing.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with a valid legal obligation, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security incidents, or pursue or defend legal claims. If a reorganization or transfer of the business affects personal information, appropriate legal safeguards and required notices will apply. These provisions do not authorize unrelated or undisclosed sales of personal information.
Third-party websites and services have their own privacy notices. We remain responsible for our own processing and for obligations imposed on us concerning the providers we use; a link to a third party does not remove those obligations.
P06Legal bases and international processing
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR or similar rules apply, we rely on a lawful basis appropriate to the purpose: performance of a contract for requested services and purchase entitlements; consent for optional processing that requires consent; legal obligations for required records or responses; and legitimate interests, where lawful and balanced against your rights, for security, fraud prevention, service reliability and support. Legitimate interests are not a substitute for consent when consent is required.
Providers may process information outside your state or country, including in the United States or other countries where they operate. A transfer covered by cross-border data-protection rules requires a lawful transfer mechanism and applicable safeguards. Which mechanism applies depends on the provider, destination and processing. Contact us for the relevant transfer information and safeguards; this policy does not claim that every provider uses the same mechanism. Using an app is not a blanket waiver of international-transfer protections.
P07Retention, deletion and backups
Retention depends on the data and purpose. Local records generally remain until you reset or remove them, uninstall the app or delete relevant device storage, subject to platform backup behavior. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the request and meet legitimate recordkeeping or legal needs. Purchase and consent records may need to remain for entitlement verification, compliance, fraud prevention or disputes. Provider-held advertising and technical records follow the relevant provider’s retention practices and applicable law.
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purpose, including any legally required period. There is no single retention period suitable for every category across all Services. You may contact us for information about the category relevant to your request.
Deleting an app does not automatically delete device backups, iCloud data, Apple Health history, store purchase records, provider-held information or support emails. Resetting app progress does not itself erase your Apple Health records. Manage those records using the relevant platform controls or request assistance from the responsible provider. Where an account feature is offered, use its account-deletion controls or contact us for the applicable deletion process. This does not limit any right to request deletion under applicable law.
P08Your choices and privacy rights
You can manage device permissions, notifications and supported cloud or health access in the relevant app and operating-system settings. Refusing an optional permission does not consent to another form of processing, although the related feature may not work. Use the applicable store settings separately to manage purchases and subscriptions.
Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of qualifying sales, sharing or targeted advertising. Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent, appeal a refused request, or complain to a competent data-protection authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Send requests to arttica.is@gmail.com with the app name, your region and enough information to identify the relevant issue. We may need proportionate verification, but please do not send identity documents unless a secure and necessary process has been explained. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law and explain any lawful exception or inability to fulfill a request. If records exist only on your device and we cannot access them, we will explain the relevant local controls where available.
P09Children and family use
Age suitability and audience depend on the particular Service and its store listing. We do not use these Terms as a substitute for required parental consent or child-directed-service safeguards. For an app directed to children, or when we know a user is below an applicable legal age, we limit processing in accordance with applicable child-privacy requirements, including relevant restrictions on collection, advertising and identifiers and any required parental consent. A child-specific notice, when applicable, explains the permitted features and processing.
If you believe a child’s personal information has been collected or disclosed improperly, contact us with the app name and relevant details so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Do not include unnecessary information about the child in your initial message. Device parental controls can help manage access and purchases but do not replace our legal obligations.
P10Security and policy updates
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and processing involved. No device, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your devices and accounts, use supported software and avoid sending sensitive information through ordinary email.
We may revise this Privacy Policy as Services, providers or legal requirements change. The revision date is shown on this page. We will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required before materially changing how personal information is used. Any more specific privacy notice remains relevant to the Service it describes.
