These answers cover our apps and games generally. Features, purchases and availability vary by app and platform.

Still need a hand?
The app won’t open, freezes or isn’t working correctly.

Close and reopen the app, restart your device, and check the store for an app update. If the feature needs the internet, check your connection too.

Before deleting the app or clearing its data, check that your information is backed up. Local records and game progress may be lost. If the problem continues, send us the app name, device, software versions and steps that lead to the issue.

I paid, but my purchase hasn’t appeared.

Check that the payment completed and that you’re signed in to the store account used to buy it. With an internet connection, close and reopen the app. On Apple devices, use the app’s restore option if one is available.

Please don’t buy the same item again just to troubleshoot. If it is still missing, contact us with the app name and relevant order reference. See purchase restoration details.

Will my progress or saved information move to a new device?

That depends on the app and whether it offers backup, export or cloud sync. Restoring a purchase restores an eligible paid feature; it does not necessarily restore game progress, local records or consumable balances.

Check the app’s backup or sync options before changing devices, uninstalling or clearing data. We cannot promise recovery of information that was stored only on a device and was never backed up.

How do I cancel a subscription or free trial?

If your app offers a subscription, cancel through the store or provider that bills you. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Google Play, open Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose the subscription and follow the cancellation steps.

Deleting an app or emailing us does not cancel a store subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal under the provider’s rules; a refund request is a separate step. Follow the deadline shown for your offer. Apple advises canceling a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends, and trial access may end when you cancel.

I bought ad removal. Why do I still see an ad?

Check the specific offer you purchased. Some offers remove certain ad formats, while optional rewarded ads may remain if that exception was explained before purchase. An ad-removal purchase does not automatically include other paid features.

If you see an ad that your purchase should have removed, check that the purchase is recognized, then contact us with the app name and where the ad appears. We do not treat this FAQ as an exception to an offer that promised no ads.

A rewarded ad didn’t load, or my reward is missing.

Where an app offers rewarded ads, availability can vary with the advertising provider, connection and region. An ad may not always be available.

If you completed the required action but did not receive the displayed reward, tell us the app name, approximate time and what reward was offered. Don’t include private information in screenshots.

Is an app or feature available on my device?

Check the current store listing for supported devices, operating-system requirements and regional availability. Features can differ between Apple, Android, watch and other versions. A listing or feature on one platform does not promise that it is available on another.

For features that need permissions, such as location or notifications, check the app’s permissions in your device settings. Contact us if you’re unsure what your version supports.

How do I ask about privacy or deletion of my data?

Read our Privacy Policy and any app-specific notice, or email arttica.is@gmail.com with the app name and your request.

We may not hold information stored only on your device. Apple, Google or another provider may need to handle requests concerning their own accounts or records. Deleting app data does not cancel a subscription.

Your purchase.
The right place.

Store accounts, paid features and saved progress are different things. Here’s what to check before you switch.

SAME STORE · SAME ACCOUNT

Restore an eligible purchase.

Use the store account that made the purchase on a compatible device. On Apple devices, look for the app’s restore option, where provided. Eligible one-time unlocks and active subscriptions may be restored.

On Android, check your Google Play account, payment status and internet connection, then reopen the app. Restoration controls depend on the app. Consumable items, such as spent hints or currency, are not restored like a permanent unlock.

APPLE ↔ GOOGLE PLAY

Switch platforms with care.

An Apple App Store purchase does not automatically become a Google Play purchase, or vice versa. Changing phones or using the same email address does not by itself transfer a paid entitlement.

Cross-platform access is included only when the particular app and offer explicitly support it. Otherwise, a separate purchase may be needed. Progress and balances may not transfer either.

Ask before buying again
ONE OFFER · ITS INCLUDED BENEFITS

Check the scope of your purchase.

A purchase applies to the app, features and duration described when it was sold. It does not automatically unlock other Arttica apps, every device version or future paid content.

Family Sharing and access on additional devices depend on the purchase and the platform’s rules. A one-time purchase is not a recurring subscription. The terms of the actual offer and your consumer rights still apply.

A clear route
to the right help.

Digital purchases follow the purchasing platform’s refund rules and applicable law. Eligibility can depend on the item, timing and country or region. A request does not guarantee approval.

PURCHASES BILLED BY APPLE

App Store

  1. Visit Apple’s refund service and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
  2. Choose Request a refund, select your reason and the relevant purchase, then submit.
  3. Check the request’s status with Apple. If approved, the money may take additional time to reach your payment method.

Apple handles refund requests for purchases it billed. If a charge is still pending or you cannot find it, follow Apple’s help instructions or contact Apple Support.

PURCHASES BILLED BY GOOGLE PLAY

Google Play

  1. Open Google Play’s refund instructions using the Google Account that made the purchase.
  2. Follow the refund request process for the relevant order.
  3. If Google directs you to the developer, contact us with the app name and Google Play order reference.

Google’s route depends on timing and regional rules. Its general app policy may allow a request within 48 hours and directs later requests to the developer. This is not a universal refund guarantee or deadline.

Unexpected or duplicate charge? Check the store’s order history and receipt first. For a charge you don’t recognize, use the billing provider’s official support or unauthorized-charge process promptly. Don’t send us card details.

Your rights remain protected. This is practical guidance, not a waiver of statutory refund, withdrawal or other consumer rights. Regional rules can differ. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the related paid access may be removed under the platform’s rules and applicable law.
